DP-Poly is a highly purified form of natural rubber (NR) from which most of the proteins and ash have been removed. The polymer is produced under very closely defined and
controlled conditions and contains c.a 96% rubber hydrocarbon compared to c.a 93% for normal natural rubber gradas. The removal of these materials confers special attributes to DP-Poly which enhances its value in certain specialised application. |

There ara basically two types of DP-Poly, made solely from high quality natural rubber latex.
DP-Poly (CV) : Viscosity stabilised type where the initial mooney is stabilised at between 60-70 mooney units.
DP-Poly (S) : Standard grade which does not have viscosity stabilisation feature. The initial viscosity is round 75-85 mooney units but because of the reduction in the non-rubber content, the rate of viscosity increases due to stieage hardening, typical of any natural, is relatively low.
