  NR, IR, BR, SBR accelerator for high-temperature, high-speed vulcanization.
 
   
 
   
 

Accelerator for room temperature vulcanization of spread solvent cements, calendered and extruded stocks. Accelerated stocks should be used within 8 to 12 hours to prevent precure.

 
   
 

For IIR, EPDM and SBR. Used as a primary accelerator with a thiazole. Gives heat resistant, low compression set properties to NBR and IIR. Used in conjunction with MORFAX in EV curing systems for heat resistance in NR and SBR.

 
   
  Ultra accelerator for high-speed vulcanization of EPDM, IIR, and SBR polymers. Generally used with a thiazole modifier to control scorch rate. Not for use in NR or IR.

  For NR and synthetic rubbers. Provides more delayed action and faster cure rates than most benzothiazole sulfenamides. Used in tires, molded goods, hoses and conveyor belts.
 
   
  Nondiscoloring primary delayed-action accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers. Safe at processing temperatures, fast at curing temperatures.

  For NEOPRENE, EPDM and chlorobutyl. Slightly slower set-up and better scorch than THIATE H (DETU) in continuous-cured sponge, LCM extrusions and hot air cures. Suggested use 0.5 to 1.0% on the polymer. It is capable of providing very low compression set values in Neoprene.
   
  For NR and synthetic polymers. Sulfur bearing ultra-accelerator and sulfur donor. Used in compounding heat resistant NR and SBR, as an accelerator for Hypalon¡Ëc vulcanizing, and in curing systems for IIR and EPDM.
 
   
  Sulfur donor accelerator for soluble cure systems in natural and polyisoprene rubbers. Used in conjunction with AMYL LEDATE?in EPDM.

Recommendations and commercial applications are the same as for METHYL TUADS¡Ëc (TMTD), except that quanities used should be increased by approximately 10 percent to obtain comparable results.

  A low temperature, nondiscoloring and non-nitrosamine secondary accelerator generally used in natural and synthetic rubber cements and adhesives to prevent copper staining. Curing temperatures are usually below 120 ¢®¨¡C (259 ¢®¨¡F).
 
   
  A blend of nitrosamine-free accelerators, that is non-staining and usually non-blooming. It consists of a synergistic combination of Thiazole, Dithiophosphate and basic accelerators. Cure times can be shortened with the addition of DURAX¡Ëc (CBS).
 
   
 
  Deovulc BG 187
A nitrosamine-free Accelerator Blend based on ZDTP in granular or powder form
   
  75% active on a silica carrier. For nitrosamine free vulcanizates of BR, IR, NBR, NR, SBR and EPDM. In diene elastomers DEOVULC TP 4 - 75 accelerator can be used alone or in combination with thiazole accelerators. In EPDM it is combined with thiazoles or sulfenamides.
 
   
  Accelerator for sulfur-based cure systems.
 
   
  Accelerator and sulfur-donor for sulfur-based cure systems. Will not generate nitrosamines. Imparts reversion resistance.
 
   
  NR, SBR, CR, IIR, and latex accelerator of intermediate strength. Activator for acidic accelerators. Excellent for reclaims, hard rubber stocks and CR cements containing litharge. Latex vulcanizates age well. Also used as a secondary accelerator in CPE.
 
   
  Accelerator for chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). Used in combination with a thiadiazole such as VANAX 829.
 
   
  Use 1.5-2.0% on neoprene. Heat and flex resistance is improved considerably when VANOX ZMTI is used in conjunction with AGERITE STALITE 5; in this case other properties of VANAX CPA are similar to ETU.
