SUPERPOLY 20C is a specialty high quality polyisoprene natural rubber. It is produced by blending 20 pbw of vulcanised and 80 pbw of unvulcanised natural. Blending is carried out in the latex phase to achieve a homogeneous intimate mix, so very necessary to achieve uniformity in product quality. The blend is coagulated under controlled condition, processed into Crumb Rubber and pressed into bales. To ensure precision and product quality uniformity, computer-aided processing techniques are employed.
