DEOLINK TESPT is used to improve the tensile strength, modulus and abrasion of silica filled vulcanizates of all the commonly used elastomers. For best results, it should be added to the internal mixer along with the filler at temperatures between 120 to 140°C. It is mainly for compounds crosslinked by sulfur. The EVA/wax matrix provides superior moisture protection, and ease of dispersion.

Deolink VH is used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds and to establish the chemical bond between rubber and silica, or other active white fillers. Deolink VH will improve the wet electrical properties required in the Wire & Cable Industry. Provides excellent dispersion and is readily incorporated without spotting. Highly protective against humidity for improved long-tern electrical properties. Will not form methoxyethanol by hydrolysis.

Organofunctional (Alkoxy) silane, coupling agent for inorganic fillers (such as silica in black rubber used in tire treads) in sulfur vulcanized rubber compounds. Low sulfur content allows higher rubber processing temperatures without scorch. It is 100% active product in a liquid form.

Organofunctional (Alkoxy) silane coupling agent, on HAF N330 carbon black, for inorganic fillers in sulfur vulcanized rubber compounds. Low sulfur content allows higher rubber processing temperatures without scorch. A 50% silane active product that is in an easy to handle pellet form.

Tetrasulfidosilane coupling agent for inorganic fillers (such as silica in black rubber used in tire treads) in sulfur vulcanized rubber compounds. A mixture of polysulfidosilane species with an average sulfur chain length of 3.75. Can be applied as a primer or in-situ into a compound. It is 100% active product in a liquid form.
